Founders & Executive Directors

Dr. Balakrishna Korukonda

MS. PhD. CEO. ATSPL

MS and PhD in Engineering Mechanics, Penn. State University, USA, Thesis subjects of Advanced Fiber Reinforced Composites and Metal Matrix Composites respectively. Served in HAL for more than three decades and retired as General Manager (RWRDC). A specialist in crash analysis of helicopters and aircrafts worked for ALH & LCH platforms from conceptual design stage to completion of the projects.

Germiya Ongolu

BE (Mech), Chief Technical officer & MD.

Worked in Power Plant systems, Fuel System and ECS system, PMG etc., of RWRDC, HAL and as mechanical systems head and Nodal officer for Indigenisation for H/C complex. Recognised by World Human Rights Organisation and ILO for his contribution in the design and development of Robotic Sewer Cleaning System that is saving people from sewer deaths.

B.Tech (Mech) from SV university Tirupati. ME (Aero) from BIT Ranchi Experience: worked on structures of MiG series of a/c at RMA(Nasik) RD(H/C) in RCMA (helicopter) Bangalore GD(systems) at cemilac Director (Heli &Missiles) at cemilac Retired as Outstanding Scientist in September 2023

Having vast experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics and analysis. Served as professor in SSIT, Tumkur till 2019. Earlier He has served in NAL before switching over to academia.

Mr. A Prabhakaran

BE (Mech), Senior Consultant - Hydraulics and LG

Served as AGM and HoD from ARDC landing gear group. Worked in RWRDC for more than 15 year before joining ARDC.

M.Tech. PhD. Head of Mechanical Systems

Worked in RWRDC for nearly a decade and later in Goodrich Aerospace. Expert in Hydraulic systems and landing Gear.
